This module features 4 independent workstations that can be flexibly adjusted as needed, with the capacity to add 2 more workstations in the future.
The design adapts to diverse production requirements, optimizing assembly efficiency by enabling quick reconfiguration for different boom models.
The module integrates several components: manual assembly tools, robot welding lines, robot handling lines, circulating conveyor lines, and processing areas.
By combining manual operations with automated systems, it streamlines the production process, enhancing precision and consistency in prefabricating boom heads and tails.
